Virgin Atlantic marked Valentine’s Day by sending on of its planes on a spherical-day out to fancy.

The carrier flew an Airbus A330 along a coronary heart-shaped flight path over the southwestern tip of England around lunchtime on Wednesday, February 14.

The airbus, with callsign VIR850P, took the coronary heart-shaped diversion over the North Atlantic, not removed from the town of Penzance.

The path was seen on public air web page visitors knowledge streams, and could perhaps well be seen on the monitoring internet page FlightRadar24.

The flight took off from Gatwick Airport, not removed from London, and was within the sky on a test flight.

Virgin identified the airplane as one it calls Honkytonk Girl, in step with the airline’s apply of giving its speedily female names.
